This website lets customers contact Wits End Automotive & Diesel and submit mobile mechanic service requests. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful service, communication, and business purposes.
Service requests are not confirmed appointments
Submitting a service request does not guarantee appointment availability, dispatch, diagnosis, repair, price, or completion. Appointment times, availability, service fit, fees, estimates, and next steps are not confirmed until Wits End Automotive & Diesel contacts you.
Vehicle and location access
You are responsible for making sure the vehicle is in a safe, legal, and accessible location for mobile service. Wits End Automotive & Diesel may decline or reschedule service if the location, weather, traffic, surface conditions, vehicle access, or safety conditions are not suitable.
Estimates, invoices, and fees
Website-submitted details may be used to prepare QuickBooks estimates or invoices. Estimates are based on available information and may change after inspection, diagnosis, parts review, or additional findings. The standard service-call fee is $100 when confirmed by Wits End Automotive & Diesel. No appointment fee is collected through the service request form. A $50 cancellation fee may apply if a confirmed appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Other fees may apply only when communicated by Wits End Automotive & Diesel.
Photos and submitted content
By submitting photos, messages, vehicle details, and location notes, you confirm you have the right to share them and authorize Wits End Automotive & Diesel to use them to review, document, estimate, and perform requested service.
No emergency service guarantee
This website is not an emergency dispatch system. For immediate roadside danger, accidents, injury, fire, unsafe traffic conditions, or other emergencies, contact emergency services first.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wits End Automotive & Diesel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, unavailable service, delayed communication, or reliance on incomplete information submitted through the site.
